My uncle passed away nearly 8 years ago without a will, leaving some funds in another country. There are around 20 beneficiaries, yet we are still waiting for payment. We've dealt with four solicitors (one of them twice) who have repeatedly sent letters with incorrect names but the right address. It’s been an ongoing struggle. We've been informed three times that the funds were ready to be distributed, but this never occurred. They initially planned to distribute the funds from one location while waiting for the other, only to change their minds again. I cannot recommend their services to anyone!
The firm has been exceptional in helping us achieve a satisfactory outcome while taking our freeholder and managing agent to court over excessive fees. I continue to use their services and feel confident in recommending them. In particular, one representative has been our main point of contact and has communicated effectively throughout the process.
My father recently updated his Will, as the previous version did not reflect his true wishes. This was due to the controlling behavior of a family member. He took a stand against this, yet the firm failed to properly execute the new Will by returning it to that family member for signing. This individual invalidated the Will by not following proper procedures and then challenged it on those grounds. It’s an absolute betrayal of trust. I strongly advise against using this firm.

If I could give this firm a negative rating, I would, particularly due to the unprofessional behavior of one of their solicitors. When I purchased my flat years ago, I reminded him about a lease extension that was supposed to be included. He dismissed me arrogantly, claiming his experience made my reminder unnecessary. Yet, at completion, he realized he had made an error, requiring intervention from other partners to resolve the issue. I should have reported him! More recently, I reached out again about the lease extension, and he didn’t even bother to respond. It’s shocking how such a poor solicitor continues to practice. I paid a significant amount for their services and was treated poorly. I strongly advise against using this firm.
The defendant claimed that this firm represented him. Only after two months, numerous letters from my solicitor, and significant expenses did they finally acknowledge that they were not instructed. They caused unnecessary delays and wasted valuable time and resources.
This firm will extend your legal situation to extract excessive fees and then pursue a court judgment for those fees if you question their charges, adding interest and daily fees. I strongly recommend avoiding this firm. I wish I could prevent others from experiencing the same issues with this money-driven firm.

The solicitor spent his time sending emails about issues instead of making necessary phone calls. He failed to act on a critical change, almost causing the sale to fail on completion day, and instead blamed others. I would strongly advise against using this firm.
