If I could give this firm a negative rating, I would, particularly due to the unprofessional behavior of one of their solicitors. When I purchased my flat years ago, I reminded him about a lease extension that was supposed to be included. He dismissed me arrogantly, claiming his experience made my reminder unnecessary. Yet, at completion, he realized he had made an error, requiring intervention from other partners to resolve the issue. I should have reported him! More recently, I reached out again about the lease extension, and he didn’t even bother to respond. It’s shocking how such a poor solicitor continues to practice. I paid a significant amount for their services and was treated poorly. I strongly advise against using this firm.
