My father recently updated his Will, as the previous version did not reflect his true wishes. This was due to the controlling behavior of a family member. He took a stand against this, yet the firm failed to properly execute the new Will by returning it to that family member for signing. This individual invalidated the Will by not following proper procedures and then challenged it on those grounds. It’s an absolute betrayal of trust. I strongly advise against using this firm.
