I recently completed a transaction with a partner from this firm. The sale nearly fell through after we exchanged, putting us at risk for all related costs. The solicitor spent his time sending emails about issues instead of making necessary phone calls. He failed to act on a critical change, almost causing the sale to fail on completion day, and instead blamed others. I would strongly advise against using this firm.
