My uncle passed away nearly 8 years ago without a will, leaving some funds in another country. There are around 20 beneficiaries, yet we are still waiting for payment. We've dealt with four solicitors (one of them twice) who have repeatedly sent letters with incorrect names but the right address. It’s been an ongoing struggle. We've been informed three times that the funds were ready to be distributed, but this never occurred. They initially planned to distribute the funds from one location while waiting for the other, only to change their minds again. I cannot recommend their services to anyone!
