Disappointing customer support experience. I created a project on a photo platform and submitted it, but I never received an email. I ensured I was logged into the correct account, having faced issues in the past with emails being sent to an old address I can no longer access. I checked the email address multiple times. After resubmitting, still no email. Four days later, I contacted customer support to find out what went wrong. Their response was: "I understand your concern regarding the recent orders, and we're here to assist you with the information you need. I reviewed your account and found two orders for $65.64 using your old email address. This is why you didn’t receive a confirmation email. The items have already been produced and shipped, so we cannot cancel the order or issue a refund at this time. I understand this isn't the outcome you expected, and I apologize for not being able to do more regarding this order." I'm frustrated, as I'm out over $60 due to their login issues. I had the same problem previously, so I made sure to verify my new email address. I'm done with this service.
