Disappointing customer support experience. I created a project on a photo platform and submitted it, but I never received an email. I ensured I was logged into the correct account, having faced issues in the past with emails being sent to an old address I can no longer access. I checked the email address multiple times. After resubmitting, still no email. Four days later, I contacted customer support to find out what went wrong. Their response was: "I understand your concern regarding the recent orders, and we're here to assist you with the information you need. I reviewed your account and found two orders for $65.64 using your old email address. This is why you didn’t receive a confirmation email. The items have already been produced and shipped, so we cannot cancel the order or issue a refund at this time. I understand this isn't the outcome you expected, and I apologize for not being able to do more regarding this order." I'm frustrated, as I'm out over $60 due to their login issues. I had the same problem previously, so I made sure to verify my new email address. I'm done with this service.
I want to thank Achraf and his/her team for the service provided with my first orders. They were prompt, solicitous, and efficient. Not only did they answer my questions but followed up immediately with a refund on a discount. I cannot imagine service any better.
I've used Mimeo to create books, capturing travel experiences and wonderful memories. I've also created books for my granddaughter from her birthday parties, our visits to the zoo and other fun times. Easy to use, creative layouts and the photos are beautifully captured.
I have ordered calendars through Mimeo for many years. Instructions on how to design and create the calendar are easy to follow. This year's calendar looks great. The color on last year's calendar was off; it had a reddish hue. I worked with staff, showed them the original photos and how the colors were off. They reprinted it with colors which were more true to my photo for no extra charge!
