After issues with the old UK distributor, its eventual collapse meant that my returned order had no one to accept it at the warehouse. Mimsafe Sweden tried to issue a refund for my order but were unable to do this as they could no longer access the UK system. However, they did send me a far more expensive bigger cage (without charging the difference) and waited for months for me to be in a position to accept the delivery, whereupon it arrived very quickly. I really cannot fault mimsafe Sweden customer services, in particular Sandra, who was incredibly helpful.
