I have paid £545 for a travel crate for my dog in April. I have received no replies to many enquiries as to where my product is. Eventually decided to contact the company in Sweden and did get an instant reply apologising and telling me they are having terrible trouble with their UK section of the company. I have now got a DHL delivery date next week so a special thanks goes to Sandra at MIMsafe Sweden. I think they are very stressed out dealing with the UK's branch problems. I have given 1 star for the lack of any reply but really could give 5 stars for the Swedish team but it really shouldn't of needed that escalation.
