We had a terrible experience. We waited double the time to get our crate, and the communication throughout was the worst I’ve experienced from any company I’ve ever bought from. Unfortunately after sharing my experience on social media (trying to get a response to them as my messages and emails were often ignored), many people got in touch with me to say they had had the exact same experience with them as I had. I think companies like transk9 are much better and more deserving of the money that they charge for a crate. I don’t usually like to leave negative reviews but we had so much stress from this company.
