I don’t think I could do ketamine therapy in a medical environment because I am not comfortable there due to medical trauma, and Mindbloom offers ketamine treatment from the comfort of your own home. Everyone I’ve interacted with at Mindbloom has been great, my guide, my prescriber, the guides leading the integration circles I’ve attended, and the other clients I’ve interacted with in integration circles. There is a lot of support if you want it! Ketamine isn’t magic; you have to do some work with a positive attitude, but I can say that after five sessions, I’m coming out of 20 years of white knuckling life in a fog of depression and anxiety, and I’ve been working on it with therapy and more “traditional” antidepressants (SSRIs, SNRIs, mood stabilizers, etc.) that entire time. So maybe it *is* a little bit magic. ;) If you’re looking for something different and willing to do the work, I HIGHLY recommend it!
