I didn’t feel any different after my first session. Basically it was like going to the dentist in 1978. Goofy 70’s ‘therapy’ music and pretty much just took a nap for an hour. Afterwards, the ‘life coach’ kept asking me these deep questions about my experience. I told him it was akin to taking a nap and that was it. Dude kept asking the same silly questions like he was reading from a script. I requested cancellation and low and behold, they charge you an ADDITIONAL $300 for canceling after paying the initial first monthly payment. This company is a scam and they are completely dishonest. Never do business with them!
