I’ve subscribed for three months and was waiting for first shipment to arrive but it didn’t. I checked and found that their system picked wrong address so I wrote to them to correct it and to send the package to my correct address. Their team declined my request and kept saying it was delivered to the address in your profile but the address they stated it’s for my billing and not for my home. I canceled my subscription because I feel they are a scam or they have a poor customer service.

I ordered the creatine and it was refilled 3 months later. While I did sign up for the subscription, I would have appreciated a heads up saying hey, this order is set to refill in x days so I had a chance to change my delivery date if I didn't need it right now. I cancelled my subscription online and emailed them to try to cancel the order because there was no number to call. This was 2-3 days before it even shipped and no one responded. I sent another message once I received the package to start a return, and still no one is responding. Don't provide an email for inquiries if no one is monitoring it. Terrible customer service. I won't be purchasing anything from this company again .
Ordered the Creatin from Mindbodygreen and on all advertising it appeared I would be receiving individual packets. Order came in 3 large bags. The product mixes well and has no taste, but I have tried in every way possible to contact the company to change the subscription to the individual packet and there is no way to contact them and they don't return messages. I will be canceling my subscription and switching to a company with better customer service.
I placed a one-time order with Mind Body Green, but three months later they claimed I bought a subscription and charged me $110 in the middle of the night. They have no phone number on their website. In an online chat they said they couldn't refund me until I received their product and then created a refund request. I've asked my credit card to stop payment. They practice unfair business at best, fraudulent at worst. Avoid this company.
