I'm pretty disappointed. I loved the first box and the crystal mystery bag I bought, but my second box was stolen and the confetti with empty box was strewn over the stairs and hallway of my apartment complex. While that isn't Mindful Souls' fault, they did not bother to respond to my email I sent to support. I am now trying to get them to cancel my subscription altogether. I prefer to purchase my crystals from someone who cares more about the soul than the sales they make. I wish that someone had taken the time to reach out to me, even if it was to say they couldn't do anything. Silence is not a good policy when a customer reaches out to you.
