Aside from the mindful boxes that I received every month, which is perfect! I also would like to say, their customer service is excellent. I have mistakenly added another item after paying. I need to pay additional because of that and since it's not the item that I want, I need to contact customer service. They responded right away and resolved my issue quickly. I would like to thank the Mindful Souls Team specially, Pragya, who helped me take off the item that I accidentally added, Jennifer for updating me with the item that I added, Jennifer, Susmita and Shaina for answering my questions and also giving me updates. More power to you all!

I'm pretty disappointed. I loved the first box and the crystal mystery bag I bought, but my second box was stolen and the confetti with empty box was strewn over the stairs and hallway of my apartment complex. While that isn't Mindful Souls' fault, they did not bother to respond to my email I sent to support. I am now trying to get them to cancel my subscription altogether. I prefer to purchase my crystals from someone who cares more about the soul than the sales they make. I wish that someone had taken the time to reach out to me, even if it was to say they couldn't do anything. Silence is not a good policy when a customer reaches out to you.

I have cancelled my subscription with these guys 3 times now. They keep reactivating my account and

I have cancelled my subscription with these guys 3 times now. They keep reactivating my account and trying to take payment. Luckily I cancelled this at source of payment so they have been unable to get cash but its scary how many people they have done this to and refused to give money back. Also concerning why they have people's payment details still on record despite being asked to delete them.
Its getting frustrating now im having to repeat the back and forth via email with thenlm and to go back in and cancel every couple of months.
The boxes were okay but not worth all this hassle afterwards wish I didn't bother at all with the company.

Unexpected Charges and Poor Support

I had paused my subscription to retain my rewards from years ago. However, they took it upon themselves to unpause it and charged me without my consent. When I asked to cancel, they claimed it wasn't possible. I can return the item, but I need to contact them for a return label after it arrives. They will issue a refund only after I complete this process. I never authorized the unpausing of my account, so this was done without my permission.

NEED FOR IMMEDIATE RECALL ON CRYSTAL BOX DUE TO TOXIC CONTENT

I was let down by the second box. It contained raw malachite, which is known to emit harmful copper ions. This can be dangerous if it comes into contact with skin, is ingested, or inhaled. If you have respiratory issues, please dispose of this hazardous stone. I wish I had known before handling it. I've had to dispose of the entire box.
