I canceled my subscription two years ago because it was not beneficial, yet they charged my account again and reactivated my subscription without my consent. I've attempted to contact the support team about this issue four times but have received no response. It's frustrating to see that many others are facing similar situations without any resolution. I'm considering pursuing a case for fraud or violations of cancellation policies. Their offerings are not worth it, leading them to resort to such tactics to extract money from customers.
