These scammers kept trying to charge my card. Thankfully I changed it to a prepaid one and blocked them on my legitimate card so they weren’t able to get a single cent of my hard-earned money. Why don’t they, instead of trying to put in effort writing these fake reviews, why don’t they put in effort to get an actual job like the rest of us? It’s legal and you don’t have to rob people! Works wonders
"I only used the Mindgrasp.ai free trial once, several months ago, last year, from Chile! I never subscribed to any plan, yet yesterday, February 9th, I was suddenly charged $71.88 for an 'annual plan.' I have contacted them for a refund because I never signed up for an annual subscription, nor did I provide my credit card details—I assume they harvested my data through my Google login. This is a total scam; they don't respond, and their system is fraudulent. I will be forced to take action through my bank. I do not recommend them at all; it’s an absolute fraud. I didn't even actually use the service!"
its not perfect but its way better than anything else ive tried. sometimes the quizzes are kinda easy but most of the time theyre actually helpful (could also just be the subject). still recommend it.
WOULD give -100 if I could. These people are scammers who are trying to steal your money. Their service is absolute a** - my grandma could make a better Ai. Don't even get me started on cancelling your free trial, the minute you give them any bank details they will try to charge your card for eternity. It took me spamming their inbox with 100 emails consecutively to even be acknowledge and have it cancelled. What a nightmare. These people must live very sad lives, its true that how you make money reflects the quality of your life. Scammers, give it a rest would you. Refund people and actually, better yet, just shut down your business alltoghether you are not adding anything to people's lives accept from misery.
This has been the MOST frustrating experience I have had with any service, especially one aimed at helping students with their studies. Given the numerous challenges I (along with many others) faced while trying to get transactions refunded, this service should be reported and flagged as a SCAM. Communication with the company is virtually non-existent — nothing is available through their website and I received no replies via email (just an automated response, which is quite amusing). This wouldn’t be a major issue if cancelling the subscription through their website was effective, but it’s IMPOSSIBLE as clicking the option just sends you back to the SAME PAGE. Below is a detailed account of my experience... I started the three-day trial period, hoping to use their services for more effective studying. While it had some value, the price of an annual subscription felt excessive, so I attempted to cancel the night before. Unfortunately, the next day I received a notification from PayPal about an authorized charge of $107.88 USD. This led me to email the service, but I only got an automated reply. Eventually, I turned to the customer support and dispute options through PayPal to hopefully get a refund. I seemed to be making some progress with this approach; however, forcing customers into such a convoluted and complicated process for cancelling subscriptions and obtaining refunds is simply poor business practice.
I used this tool back in October of 2024, which i had canceled. However this month i got charged $12.99 which makes no sense, i made a claim through my bank and they fixed it temporarily.
The subscription has been inactive for a year and some change and Their emails varies from a few days to weeks and to sometimes nothing at all. I got an email by Joselle Zamora stating that everything is canceled and I'm not expected to see any further charges and yet THEY reverse my claim still charging me. These guys are are horrible.
These guys are scammers, i recommend calling your bank and blocking all charges from MIND grasp it self to save you.
I was deceived by this service. I initiated a free trial and canceled it before the trial period concluded, yet they charged me €63 for a subscription. WARNING: Unapproved charges after cancellation and account removal! Steer clear of this service at all costs! This company is charging my credit card without permission. I officially canceled my subscription in March 2025, and I have written confirmation from their support team indicating that "no additional fees would be applied." Yet, on January 1st, 2026, they withdrew $12.99 from my account. The most outrageous part? They have already deleted my account, preventing me from logging in to manage or halt these unauthorized charges. I have reported this to the authorities and initiated a chargeback with my bank. This is a scam. REFUND MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY.
