When I noticed an upcoming charge, I cancelled the monthly subscription a week in advance, but they processed the charge anyway. The support team was unhelpful; they failed to grasp the situation or address it effectively, providing only generic responses and adhering to internal protocols without considering the actual problem. I spent over two hours trying to explain my issue. This highlights a significant user experience and billing issue. Exercise caution, as they can charge without proper notification. I will not use this platform again and strongly recommend others to reconsider before subscribing. Completely unacceptable.
