Mindvalley is a scam. They double and triple charged my credit card for purchases back in March of 2025 and a year later, I am still fighting to get a refund back. I have 26 emails back and forth with their support team saying they will refund it but not doing it. As well, for any refunds, they are trying to require use of a third-party vendor, airbase, which requires you to provide additional financial and personal information. They refuse to issue a refund check or refund it back to the credit card. I can't believe that a company who focuses on mental health and guidance can feel ok with treating customers like this. I would never recommend anyone using them.

Update 2/19/26- to address the response from Mindvalley, you cannot legally require a person to use a separate vendor portal. Why would I give you more personal or financial information?? As well, they know of these issues as I have at least 26 emails with the company over the last 6 months alone and am no closer to seeing my money. Their response is just lip service.

Mindvalley deceptive practices and customer service is abysmal. I went to cancel my subscription and it said it was canceled. Next thing I know I am charged for another subscription. I contacted customer service for a refund stating what happened and they said since I was already past my cancelation period (3 days past their erroneous charge). I showed proof that their site showed canceled and still did, even though they claimed it was active even though it showed canceled. I let them know (which they concured) that when it showed acti e I had no further recourse and could also not remove my credit card because of the canceled status prior to the new billing. We went back and forth and they would not admit fault even though I could not access further cancelation or credit card removal access in the canceled status. It was only when I threatened (on about the 5th correspondence that I would seek relief through Visa and my bank, that they reactivated the status and basically said go ahead, we have proof to provide on our end. They are (as stated by many previous customers) very deceptive and difficult to cancel memberships. I would never trust this company again, nor should you, with your payment access.

With the challenge of a diverse audience and skill levels, it did not get 5 stars because the class warrants being restructured based on the entry skills of people to make the class taught to the right level for each group. Keep iterating and optimize Vishen! You have a great team, and it will get better each time

Skeptical at First, But This Course Exceeded My Expectations

I entered the program feeling doubtful, having been recommended by a friend among the many AI courses out there, I decided to try this one. It turned out to be the perfect decision. The curriculum encompassed a remarkable range of AI subjects — from prompt engineering to automation processes and creative AI tools. The instructors were not only knowledgeable but also well-prepared and truly committed to the success of their students. The creator of the program set an impressively high standard for teaching quality, and most of the instructors lived up to it.
What amazed me the most was the sense of community. The level of student engagement was unparalleled. Supportive, generous, and completely free of negativity. I forged real friendships that will last beyond this course. Special mention goes to the moderator, who ensured that every session ran smoothly. She consistently stayed well past the scheduled end time to answer all questions, demonstrating the exceptional culture that has been cultivated. This program has fundamentally altered my approach to my work. For anyone contemplating investing in their AI education, I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Lessons are unengaging and renewal process is frustrating.

I find the lessons unengaging and had no intention of renewing my subscription. While I was abroad with limited access to emails, I was shocked to see a renewal charge of nearly Cad$500! I reached out to the support team to request a refund since I hadn't used the service in quite some time, but they were unable to assist me despite my appeal. This is not the experience I once had. Others should be cautious; it seems the service is heading in a troubling direction.

Very dissatisfied with my experience

I had a very disappointing experience with the service. I signed up for a full annual subscription during a promotional event, yet I was still charged for a monthly plan simultaneously. When I noticed an upcoming charge, I cancelled the monthly subscription a week in advance, but they processed the charge anyway. The support team was unhelpful; they failed to grasp the situation or address it effectively, providing only generic responses and adhering to internal protocols without considering the actual problem. I spent over two hours trying to explain my issue. This highlights a significant user experience and billing issue. Exercise caution, as they can charge without proper notification. I will not use this platform again and strongly recommend others to reconsider before subscribing. Completely unacceptable.

It feels like a comprehensive solution, all for a single annual fee, providing the support you need to progress in your journey.

On October I received an email if i wanted to renew the policy.
I tried to unsubscribe.Their system was playing "tricks" and would not allow me to bringing me on the same page over and over again.At some point I received an e-mail saying "Do you want to become a member?"I assumed that finally I got unsubscribed.A month later they debited my account with an extra 190£.When I requested refund they said that they did not have proof I got unsubscribed and they would not be able to refund but only cancel my subscription for the following year.How pathetic!!!

Unreasonably priced and highly unsatisfactory. The automatic renewal feature is frustrating. I attempted to cancel just an hour after the renewal fee was charged, but the support team informed me that a refund was “impossible.” They simply stated, “Hope you enjoy the full year,” despite my clear explanation of my circumstances. Given the steep price, it’s disappointing that full access to all content is not provided. It feels contradictory to promote well-being while showing no concern for refunding, especially when urgent medical expenses arise. Honestly, it’s not worth the expense, and the experience with customer support was very disappointing.

It's advisable not to subscribe directly with your card; using PayPal is safer. Otherwise, you might struggle to recover your funds, even if you cancel shortly after subscribing. You may have to resort to legal action to reclaim your money. This reflects poorly on the ethical standards expected from a spiritual organization. A concern was raised about the potential for dishonesty when wealth is involved, as mentioned in an interview prior to the company's rise. Be cautious before subscribing, and ensure you fully understand the service you are choosing. Also, the additional services offered come with extra charges, not included in the original fees. There are other platforms providing similar memberships with the option to cancel anytime. Integrity and ethics are crucial in spirituality.
