Very bad subscription billing for 219.99 USD without warning and rude customer service after requesting a refund. Worst customer experience ever with any software I purchased. I quote them “ We apologize if the decision regarding the refund does not satisfy you, however, refunding in this case is against our Terms and Conditions, which you have accepted to.”
