Review Time
If I could give no stars I would. I had never even heard of this app but managed to get charged after my so called free trial. I have since found out that it is linked to No Diet app. BEWARE of links and hidden costs people.
Despite never opening the app I couldn’t get my money back.
Following my previous review, Mindway has now responded to my numerous e-mails after calling them out here, and now there's a Kate Nielson (real person or bot i can't really tell) responding to me as well as Nora Abot (both Junior Support Specialists) but they still won't send me evidence of me consenting to be subscribed to the Mindway app. After asking about it for the last 3 days and asking for proof, they have said they sent me a 7 day renewal notice, this would have been on 21st February 2026, i have checked my e-mails including spam but nothing is on there. They must have these records on their end i presume, but they simply won't provide it or escalate it if they are not in a position to provide this themselves. They have also now told me that i may have accidentally subscribed to the Mindway app (previously they said it was an add-on to no.Diet), or that someone must have used my card and thought to subscribe me onto it. Talk of gaslighting. Now if this is not evidence enough that this is a scam, then i don't know what else could be. BE AWARE THAT THIS APP IS OUT TO MAKE YOU GO CRAZY AND WEAR YOU OUT! DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO IT OR no.Diet APP, AND PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS, THEY HAVE BEEN DOING THIS TO A LOT OF PEOPLE. And yes i am waiting for their usual PR response as they always do.
This is a dodgy app and they are not interested whatsoever in your health or wellbeing in fact it’s the opposite. They charged me $219.99 on 27th February 2026 claiming it was an auto renewal for one year. That apparently with no prior knowledge, having never seen the app or downloaded it or needed or wanted it - I was on a 6 month trial. Not once did they inform me that I was on trial or send me an email to find out how my trial experience had been if in fact I had subscribed to it. They say this was an add-on app that i subscribed to when I paid $20 for the no.diet trial which they also auto-renewed for 3 months for $79.98 without ever checking with me on my experience or giving notice on the renewal. I have asked them for evidence that I agreed to be on trial for the Mindway app for the last 3days and they now won’t respond to me at all. Nora Abot: a junior specialist sent me a PR response with order numbers clearly meant for their internal use with no intent of sending any proof. To claim that they are a mental wellbeing app is a ploy to get money off innocent customers. DO NOT buy the Mindway app, or no.Diet or anything related to the two as it will only cause you metal anxiety and stress! And please read the reviews as they’ve successfully done this to many other people!
This is surely a lucrative scam for the investors. The content of the app is primary school level basic. I quit after the 1st month. Or thought I'd quit, however was sucked in by the deceptive billing process. It isn't easy to quit, and I realised after 5 months of being billed at full price. Ouch. Of course they refuse a refund. This is a completely unscrupulous company, Definitely avoid this app.
I tried this app as the reviews initially were positive.
But after my recent experience I would not recommend them.
I cancelled the app during the trial period and found that this Sunday, they had deducted £176.99 from my account. I now have no money and an I had even deleted the app prior to the money being deducted. This experience has proved to be more stress to me than I had initially had when prompted to install it.
A relative received a call from the bank, thankfully they were alert, as these scammers attempted to STEAL around £176, similar to what others have reported. They tried to charge multiple times after each attempt was declined. It's important to note that this relative has NEVER downloaded the app from this company. They had only installed an app from a completely different entity, and it seems there's some multi-company deception at play, as others who used that app have also been billed by this company. These individuals should face justice. Update: No, I will NOT be reaching out to you and providing further details to a SCAM organization. There are far too many reports of misleading or unsolicited subscriptions, and outright refusals for refunds once you’ve taken people’s hard-earned money. It’s unbelievable that the platforms haven’t permanently banned you and your dubious associates.
Downloaded the app but never used it, yet I was charged $219.99 for an annual subscription. Although it claims you can cancel anytime, it also states that it renews automatically. I contacted support immediately to cancel, but was told there are no refunds. It's baffling how they can charge for a full year when cancellation is an option. Their customer service is ineffective. I plan to report them as they seem to be scamming users. Even after providing my information, customer service keeps insisting I should have known about the charges, despite not receiving any reminder emails. Not reliable or customer-friendly—best to avoid this service.
I was unexpectedly charged $169.99 for a subscription renewal without any clear communication. There was no warning email or notification when I agreed to the free trial indicating that this charge would occur. After reaching out for assistance, I received a generic response that felt automated. I've since replied, but they have not responded. It's frustrating how they take advantage of individuals facing mental health challenges. Truly disappointing.
