They automatically renewed my subscription for $219.99. I knew I signed up for Walking Yoga for $31 per month, but I never even heard of Mindway and would never sign up for something that would renew at that price. When I contacted customer service, they said they had emailed me a renewal notice a week earlier. After checking, I found an email from info@pay-notification sitting in my junk folder. It's non-branding and so generic no wonder it ended up in my junk folder. But even so, I never signed up for MIndway in the first place.I explained this to the representative, but they still refused to issue a refund, saying it was my fault and my responsibility to manage my email settings and that they had done everything correctly on their end.So now I’m out $220 for something I don’t even use. Horrible customer service!! And their response is to reach out to their CS team, which I have, and they are NOT helpful at all. They need to refund all these people complaining!!
