The App itself was just okay. I subscribed for 3 months to give it a try, but realized it wasn’t something I was going to use long term so I didn’t extend the time. Thinking since I didn’t actively purchase any more time on the app, no further action was needed, I forgot all about it. Until a year later when they charged my card again. I reached out to Mindway to let them know there had been a mistake and I didn’t make this purchase. They said I never cancelled my account and the purchase stands and they refuse to refund my money. Make sure you read the fine print before you purchase. Apparently buying a 3 month subscription somehow means you actually want to purchase it year after year despite not using it for 9 months.
