Absolutely shocking. They have taken my subscription without sending any form of renewal emails. When asked apparently o should have known when I downloaded the app 6 months ago. I had thought it was a legal requirement to let people know of renewals? I downloaded this at a time when I was not myself suffering from anxiety and real mental health issues and was not aware of the costs. Now they’ve taken my money I do not have enough to buy food for my family. I don’t know what to do now. What is meant to be a health app is anything but and has now left me in a worse state……. Maybe they’ll respond to my emails now
