I subscribed to Mindway by accident,even didn't realised I've done it...6 months I ve not heard nothing from them,until the payment of £176.99 for annual subscription was taken.I explained them my situation and begged them to refund it to me,as I never used and got no need to use their services,but they refused it,saying they have to follow no-refund policy.I just can't believe that company who helps with mental health issues are so insensitive and cant think out of the box,money orientated!No wonder their rating is so low.Shocking!!!Sincerely ,"Your trapped customer, Maija"
