Update: I wrote the email on here and they hid behind terms/conditions implying that I did not cancel. I know I did. $39.99 for a day of checking it out. It seemed like a canned response similar to the responses from them on here.I think the app is great…it just isn’t what I needed. I tried the free trial and after 2 days I cancelled it…the only issue is that I got charged 39.99 today 🫤. I have reached out to customer service email and am waiting for a response…hopefully customer service is good! This why I hesitate to try anything when agreeing to pay later. It’s kind of a trap.
