I signed up for a 7-day plan, assuming it would simply expire after the trial period. Nowhere did it clearly state that I would be automatically enrolled in the full-price monthly plan without notice. I only realized I had been charged when I checked my bank statement. When I reached out to explain that I hadn’t used the app and had no idea I was still subscribed, they refused to offer a refund. Looking at other reviews, it’s clear that many users have been misled the same way, yet the company refuses to update the app’s layout or policies to make it clearer. The worst part? This is a mental health app—designed for people who may already be struggling emotionally and financially. Tricking vulnerable users into unexpected charges is not just unethical, it’s exploitative. If they truly cared about mental well-being, they would be upfront about their billing practices.Avoid this app unless you want to be charged without warning and ignored when you try to get help.Edit as of March 4th: as with other people’s negative reviews, they reply below to make it seem like they will do something. I have already gone through the process of contacting them and they offered no refund.
