I purchased a subscription because I was intrigued by the app description. Right after I signed in the first time I asked for a refund because it was not the guidance I was expecting but rather a constellation of things where you have to navigate to find something interesting. When I asked for a refund, that was their answer: "as per our Terms and Conditions, which you agreed to upon purchase, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable unless the product failed to be delivered due to a technical fault on our end. Since the item was correctly delivered, we are unable to issue you a refund."
