Unfortunately it's impossible to rate less than zero.I would advise anybody who has any form of mental health difficulties to avoid this company.I, like many others on here, decided to go for a 1 month plan, which turns out is just the cost to download the app by the way, everything else is extra, something that of course was an immediate red flag for me.I've barely used the "service" if you can call it that in this time.As others have stated there is no mention of any recurring payment and nothing in my information tab on the app to show I'm part of any payment plan.Yet, here I am with a £24 payment having been taken, unauthorised from my account. I emailed to make a request for an immediate refund and to cancel my none existent subscription and received the following response."Hello, Thank you for your email.We have successfully canceled your subscription. However, I'm afraid that issuing refunds is not something that I can do. I have directed your email to a senior customer support specialist who will investigate your refund request. They will answer you within 3 business days with a decision. Your mental health will suffer as a result of these scammers.
