If you're struggling with mental health issues, do not subscribe to this app. They will exploit people by hiding the subscription information after signing up and make money on it with subscription charges.They don't show you the information, you can't cancel the subscription unless it's done via email well before the renewal date and blatantly refuse to refund afterwards saying "you have agreed to terms and conditions when you signed up". The terms and conditions print can be found on their subscription landing page on your initial sign up and the status of your subscription cannot be found anywhere after completion.Many reviews bring this up on different sites and Mindway's answer to these are "we know it's confusing" but won't do anything about it. Only shows that their business strategy is based on exploiting people with mental health issues.Do not fall for this like I did. You deserve transparency and help that actually support your mental health instead of making things worse by scamming you out of money as well.EDIT: They asked me to contact them in their feedback to resolve the issue. They never got back to me after I sent them a message.
