I ordered two sample sets and one perfume, but the experience was very disappointing. The delivery took much longer than expected (placed on Nov 21, delivered on Dec 18). Despite several follow-ups via email and messaging, I received only apologies without any effective solutions. The quality of the products did not meet my expectations either. The scents were quite different from those of well-known brands, and the value for money was poor. Overall, it was a negative experience in terms of both service and product quality.
