Review Time
If I can give negative marks. I don't understand if they can't process the order for US and Canada customers why they except order and charge money. Really disappointing. They should block there services for US and Canada.
If any body here from Canada can give me the information with in how much time one can get the orders.
Its around a month I ordered perfumes and hadn't received any information yet.
Package was in 4 says delivered So I think it's acceptable. I received an email immediately after payment. The set I bought contained uneven scents. One better than the other, but that's a matter of taste. I'll try all the sets. To find out which scent is right for me,
After 3 weeks, still had not sent out items. They answered only one email, expressing They had issues, not elaborating on what those issues were. Expressed it would be shipped in the present week. They never did, and never answered another email. Im assuming they are not a real company.
My experience has been very disappointing. They claim to ship within 4 days and sent a confirmation email immediately after my order. However, nearly 14 days later, I have received no updates from the seller despite sending two emails requesting cancellation and a refund. Unfortunately, I still have not received my money back.

The lack of customer service reflects poorly on the company and feels very untrustworthy.

The customer support has been terrible, and I received a broken bottle with no assistance whatsoever. They don’t even respond when I try to resolve the issue. The product quality is lacking, and the prices are outrageous. Definitely not worth the money.
I ordered a sample set and was promptly informed via email about a slight delay due to a tariff issue. Their communication was very professional and reassuring, which made me decide to wait. The samples arrived in perfect condition, and I ended up choosing three favorites. I should receive my full bottles this week, and I’m genuinely looking forward to it. Excellent customer service and an overall wonderful experience!
