This has been a complete letdown. I honestly did not anticipate such an experience. Small sample orders are delivered without issues, which encourages larger orders. However, once a full-size order is placed and payment is made, communication slows down significantly. After weeks of delays, my order was canceled without a clear explanation. I received no updates about shipment or order status. This was especially disappointing as these items were intended as gifts. The lack of customer service reflects poorly on the company and feels very untrustworthy.
