I ordered two sample sets and one perfume, but the entire experience was quite disappointing. The delivery was significantly delayed (placed on Nov 21, delivered on Dec 18). Despite multiple follow-ups via email and messaging, I received mainly apologies without any real solutions offered. The quality of the products did not meet expectations either. The scents were quite different from those of well-known brands, and the price–quality ratio was unsatisfactory. Overall, it was a negative experience regarding both service and product quality.
