If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service has been unhelpful, and it's crucial for others to know that they do nothing once a parcel is marked as delivered. My driver marked my parcel as delivered, but I never received it. When I contacted customer service, it was frustrating. They took days to respond and then closed the case. Unprofessional, and I will not be shopping here again.
