I’ve ordered several pieces from Minga London and overall I feel satisfied! LOVE(!!) the designs and how each collection is something new that doesn’t look life previous one. The photo shoots you do make me want to get new pieces instantly, they capture the vibe so well! But while designers do an amazing job, I have a few complaints about the sizes and quality. First of all, I’ve ordered two pairs of jeans (TREK CAMO CARGO JEANS and SLASH BAGGY JEANS) in the same size and they fit very differently! The second pair is noticeably wider, while the first one fits perfectly without a belt. Unfortunately, there’s no info on the website regarding how clothes fit and I wish you would at least include measurements for each size of a piece:( You do such a hard work producing the clothes and making photoshoots, so including such info is relatively an easy task. So then, after wearing the camo jeans for less than a month, I’ve noticed two holes in two different places where the straps end. I’m not sure if this is a good behaviour for jeans that cost so, but I highly recommend you to focus on quality and materials! With discounts that appear pretty often, this is okay, but I wouldn’t be happy if I saw this happening after buying the jeans at full price. I wear other clothes from Minga every day and so far - everything’s comfy and perfect!! To be honest, can’t find a brand that produces similar products in terms of design and that’s why I love Minga so much. Sometimes I wish there were more unisex pieces, like some kind of sweaters and jackets though, but so far I’m satisfied with the amount of unisex stuff you have. So to sum everything up, you do an amazing job of creating Y2K and grungy clothes, but I’m sure people expect better quality and sizing details. Wish you luck:3
I was genuinely taken aback by the number of negative reviews. I found this brand a few years back and have been a fan ever since. I'm extremely pleased with both the quality of the clothing and the incredibly quick shipping! The support team is wonderful as well 🎀 Overall, a perfect 10/10, definitely one of my favorite brands!
I tried to return an item of clothing using the return label generated through the official returns portal. However, multiple service points for the courier refused to accept the parcel because the return label does not register in their system. I visited several locations and received the same response each time: the label is invalid or unrecognized. I have reached out to the company multiple times to resolve this issue but have not received any response. Consequently, I am unable to return the item through no fault of my own. This situation effectively denies my right to return and does not comply with consumer laws, which require retailers to offer a functional and accessible returns process. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would recommend being cautious if you might need to return an item.
I have ordered from the company multiple times and appreciated the quick shipping, usually receiving my items within a few days. However, after placing an order on December 3rd, I have received no updates regarding its dispatch. This lack of communication is unusual, and my attempts to reach the support team resulted only in unhelpful AI-generated responses. I hope someone from the company can assist me with my order.
If I could, I would rate this with zero stars. The customer support was unhelpful, and they claim to do nothing once a package is marked as delivered. My delivery was marked completed, but I received nothing. When I reached out, it was a frustrating experience. They took several days to reply and then closed the case. This is unprofessional, and I will not shop on this platform again, resulting in a loss of my money.
I've always enjoyed their clothing, but I recently ordered the wrong size by accident. I was worried since it’s not inexpensive, so I reached out to customer service. They were incredibly responsive and resolved the issue quickly. I didn’t catch the name of the representative, but they were fantastic, especially during this busy season. Best customer service experience I've had!
If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service has been unhelpful, and it's crucial for others to know that they do nothing once a parcel is marked as delivered. My driver marked my parcel as delivered, but I never received it. When I contacted customer service, it was frustrating. They took days to respond and then closed the case. Unprofessional, and I will not be shopping here again.
I really like the brand and its products, but the support is lacking. I tried to cancel an order but received no response for 5 days, so I decided to keep it, only to find out they canceled it anyway. I asked if I could reorder, but they just closed the chat. The return process is also ineffective; my items were held for a month and a half by the courier.
