I really like the brand and its products, but the support is lacking. I tried to cancel an order but received no response for 5 days, so I decided to keep it, only to find out they canceled it anyway. I asked if I could reorder, but they just closed the chat. The return process is also ineffective; my items were held for a month and a half by the courier.
