If I could, I would rate this with zero stars. The customer support was unhelpful, and they claim to do nothing once a package is marked as delivered. My delivery was marked completed, but I received nothing. When I reached out, it was a frustrating experience. They took several days to reply and then closed the case. This is unprofessional, and I will not shop on this platform again, resulting in a loss of my money.
