I returned an order and its been almost a month since i sent the package. Still, im getting the same “clearance event” update every day around 6am, I tried to contact Minga London 2 times through the online forma and one time through direct email and didnt get a response. The customer service is so bad why can I not get a response this parcel is clearly stuck at customs/ awaiting documents but its impossible to contact Minga London.
