The cushion does not stay at the angle it promises and offers no support for reflux, and the arm support they include is whimsical at best - don’t be conned by this company. Once you have bought the product they stop responding regardless of how you try to reach out and the returns policy, which seems fair at first glance, is merely for show as they take advantage of parents trying to get the best for their children. What a shameful team and organisation. Very disappointed.
