The quality of this product is completely unrelated to how it is portrayed in the pictures online. This is a dressed up website for selling Amazon products at a marked up profit. The cushion does not stay at the angle it promises and offers no support for reflux, and the arm support they include is whimsical at best - don’t be conned by this company. Once you have bought the product they stop responding regardless of how you try to reach out and the returns policy, which seems fair at first glance, is merely for show as they take advantage of parents trying to get the best for their children. What a shameful team and organisation. Very disappointed.

Think we have also been scammed the chair we placed never was delivered. after many messages to them and contacting them telling us that we are experiencing delays the website as gone down!! And no way to contact them looks like we are not the only ones :(
AvoidSimilar experience to other reviews. We ordered months ago, chased and received a lovely email explaining the delay and that our item would be posted by the end of May.I've still yet to receive the item, or tracking, so followed up and my email has bounced. Unfortunately I think I've lost my money and been scammed. Do not recommend
Placed an order beginning of May. Received nothing so we chased, said they'd been a delay. Waited for chair to arrive, nothing so asked to cancel and wanted a refund. Got an email saying they understood and would proccess refund. Nothing! Now the emails are bouncing. Guess we've lost our money and been scammed too.Better off going to Argos like we ended up doing and a lot cheaper!
