Placed an order beginning of May. Received nothing so we chased, said they'd been a delay. Waited for chair to arrive, nothing so asked to cancel and wanted a refund. Got an email saying they understood and would proccess refund. Nothing! Now the emails are bouncing. Guess we've lost our money and been scammed too.Better off going to Argos like we ended up doing and a lot cheaper!
