I ordered a 3in1 hat for my wife on November 20th, 2025, and haven't received anything! I emailed them twice—once for an update and was told it was in transit. In my second email, I requested a refund and was again informed it was in transit, even after the birthday had passed. It's now December 28th, and still nothing. I'm contacting my payment service for a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM; CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. If I could give zero stars, I would.
