Awful they say if any issues the will refund or replacement, I got some non underwired bras supposedly 40 DD/E but they are more like a B cup no way I can fit in them they offered me £2 back placed order in Jan finally received on Feb 13th but no good at all

Extremely disappointing experience with these bras

These bras were not only £30 but also took an incredibly long time to arrive—about 2 1/2 weeks. The material feels cheap, providing no support whatsoever, and the removable foam inserts are poorly sized. Overall, a terrible product. Like anyone reading this, I regret not checking reviews before making this purchase.

I genuinely regret not researching this company more to avoid the trouble. I ordered and immediately tried to cancel, but they claimed it had already been dispatched. When it arrived, it didn't fit because their sizes run small. I reached out to request a full refund, especially since the delivery took longer than promised, but they insisted that they sent the correct items and do not accept returns. It's not my fault their sizing is off. Initially, they offered £3 as a goodwill gesture, which I declined, and then £5 along with keeping the bras. However, what use are bras that don’t fit? I couldn’t even try them on in a store. I refused their offer, and now I'm left trying to recover my money through my bank.

Ordered a product in November as a Christmas gift, but it went missing.

I ordered a product in November intended as a Christmas gift. I tracked it from America, but it got lost in Birmingham. I reached out to the support team, and they assured me a replacement would arrive in a few days. However, it's been 7 days with no delivery and no updates from them about the new package. I highly recommend avoiding this company due to their very poor service.

I ordered a 3in1 hat as a gift and got nothing!

I ordered a 3in1 hat for my wife on November 20th, 2025, and haven't received anything! I emailed them twice—once for an update and was told it was in transit. In my second email, I requested a refund and was again informed it was in transit, even after the birthday had passed. It's now December 28th, and still nothing. I'm contacting my payment service for a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM; CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Seriously, steer clear of this poorly executed service. They promised express delivery, but it has not happened. I made a significant error ordering three weeks ago, and my order is supposedly in a city I don't even reside in. This is utterly ridiculous.

WARNING: Stay away!

WARNING! I ordered a 3-in-1 hat over a month ago. Customer service said their couriers weren't updating the tracking but that it’s now in my country without identifying the courier. Thankfully, I got my money back as I used a payment service.

I've had the same experience as many others here. I ordered seven beanies on November 19th, 2025, as Christmas gifts, but there's no tracking and constant excuses. They expect me to wait indefinitely for delivery. It feels like a scam, and now I need to contact my bank for help. Zero stars, avoid them!

Completely unacceptable!

This is absolutely unacceptable! It's been 39 days since I placed my order, and the website provides no information on the item's origin. The customer service is terrible! I've had to open a case with my payment service, and they still refuse to give me a refund. Honestly, avoid this service!
