I ordered a product in November intended as a Christmas gift. I tracked it from America, but it got lost in Birmingham. I reached out to the support team, and they assured me a replacement would arrive in a few days. However, it's been 7 days with no delivery and no updates from them about the new package. I highly recommend avoiding this company due to their very poor service.
