It took weeks for my order to arrive, but instead of what I ordered, I got completely different items! The customer service was terrible, as I only received automated responses. The issue was never addressed, ruining my Christmas gift plans, and I still haven't received a refund. I'm out over £60 for items I never got. Very disappointing.
