The customer service is the worst I've ever encountered. I ordered in November, expecting delivery by Christmas. After weeks of waiting, my order hadn't even been processed. I received an automated email promising a human response, but nothing followed. I left a review elsewhere and got another bot apology telling me to reach out again. Total scam.
