It took forever to receive my order, and when it finally arrived, I got completely different items than I selected! The customer service was dreadful; I only dealt with an automated system. The problem was never resolved, which ruined my Christmas gift plans, and I still haven't received a refund. I'm out over £60 for items I never received. This has been a terrible experience.
