The service cancelled a preordered, confirmed cab on Christmas Eve for a trip the following day to take my disabled brother from his care home to my home for Christmas lunch. I had to scramble for alternatives to avoid ruining the holiday. Waiting to see if they will reimburse. Terrible service. Not recommended.
