WARNING: THIS IS A TAXI COMPANY IN HIGH WYCOMBE, AND WE WERE APPROACHED BY A SERVICE FOR A JOB THAT WE DECLINED DUE TO FULL BOOKINGS. THIS MORNING, A WOMAN CONTACTED US ABOUT HER 90-YEAR-OLD MOTHER WAITING AT A TRAIN STATION, claiming THE SERVICE GAVE HER OUR NUMBER, EVEN THOUGH WE INFORMED THEM WE COULDN'T ACCEPT THE JOB. WE HAVE EVIDENCE OF THE RECORDED CALL WHERE WE DECLINED. HOW CAN THEY PUT THIS POOR ELDERLY WOMAN IN SUCH A POSITION? BE CAUTIOUS AND BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK—PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS.
The service cancelled a preordered, confirmed cab on Christmas Eve for a trip the next day to bring my disabled brother from his care home to my home for Christmas lunch. I had to rush to find an alternative to avoid ruining the holiday. I will need to check if they provide a refund. Very poor service. I cannot recommend.
Warning to everyone - a taxi service based in a specific area was contacted by the platform for a job we had to decline due to being fully booked. This morning, we received a call from a woman saying her elderly mother was waiting at the station, as the platform had given her our number despite us stating we couldn't take the job. How could they do this to the poor lady? Book at your own risk; read the reviews.
